We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during delivery, defective upon arrival, or significantly different from the product description. If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To report an issue, email us at support@wowivo.com. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.

We currently do not offer exchanges unless your item qualifies under the conditions above. If approved, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate and offer a solution where applicable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable: personal-use items (such as massagers or wearables), gift items that have been opened or used, and any item without original packaging.

Because many of our items are viral and stock is limited, we encourage you to order only if you're confident in your purchase.
